I’m Ella

The founder of Flirty Co and your senior Lash, Brow, and Beauty Educator. My passions lie in empowering others to believe nothing is impossible and achieving business success and growth. Over the past five years, I’ve had the privilege of training over 250 students, watching them transform from nervous beginners to confident professionals. The beauty industry is filled with incredible opportunities, and with the right training, mentoring, mindset, and skills, you can achieve great success. I started lashing as a side hustle for extra money and have now built a beauty empire, including a busy salon, an online lash and beauty supply store, and a training academy, generating over $35k in sales every month. All while raising three young children (6, 3, and 3). It hasn’t been easy, but I’ll share all my tips and tricks, that I’ve learned through years of experience and investment. My beauty career has transformed both my professional and personal life and I’m here to help it transform yours too.
